OUR CURRICULUM

Built around the children, not a single textbook
We teach students aged 4 to 16, from their very first letters to GCSE Arabic, developing all four language skills — reading, writing, speaking and listening — through immersive, native-speaker teaching.

Our curriculum is designed around the needs of our students, not a one-size-fits-all workbook. We use a mix of trusted resources, such as Gateway to Arabic and Collins Arabic Big Cat, together with materials we produce ourselves specifically for the children at our school. We combine structure with play to keep learning enjoyable, and we make sure every child has the support they need to reach their goals and fulfil their potential — while building a lifelong love of Arabic and a real connection to its culture and faith.

To enhance the learning experience, Iqra Arabic Language School provides a wide range of resources such as puzzles, games, digital tools, reading books, and workbooks/worksheets. These resources are carefully curated to complement our curriculum and support students in their language journey.
